Toddler Music is 30 minutes.

Preschool Piano is 45 minutes.

Classes for school students and adults are 60 minutes.

Private tuition students have the option of either 45 minutes or 60 minute lessons.

You pay for a single lesson to start with and after the lesson, decide whether to commit to the the whole term.

Yes, you will need a piano or keyboard for home practice.

We can recommend a piano that you can buy or rent that will fit within your budget.

We encourage all students to attend independently, as we are growing independent learners.

But we have an open door policy, so if you would like to attend classes, or if your child needs you there, you are most welcome to attend.

Students as young as 2-and-a-half years old can join our pre-instrumental Toddler classes, with exploratory piano.

Once they are 4 years old they can start our ‘Little Keynotes’ program which introduces them them to playing the piano.

We assess each student in the class setting.

Book in a single lesson in your child’s age group and we will assess them during the lesson.

As each student has their own individual plan, we will start them off at their own level

We open classes for enrolment at certain times throughout the year. Due to high demand at the start of the year, enrolments will close on 29th January for a four week period to allow us to get all our students off to a good start in the year.

If you contact us outside the enrolment period, you will be added to our waitlist and we will notify you of our next enrolment period.

Payments are made through our online booking portal. Click “Book Now” in the lessons section.

Once you’ve signed up for your first term, your enrolment remains active and rolls over to the following terms until you cancel your enrolment. There is a term commitment for each student and we require 2 weeks notice to cancel before the commencement of your next term.

We’ll send regular updates and reminders so you can cancel or swap classes if you need to.

Yes, you are welcome to cancel your enrollment at any time by completing a Withdrawal Form. Once submitted, your subscription will end at the close of the current month. However, please note that no refunds are provided for partially completed months

All levels will be available across all days, with consecutive levels starting within half an hour of each other. This means your schedule should remain consistent, even as your child progresses. We aim to make transitions smooth and flexible while ensuring the best possible learning experience for each student.

Absolutely! You can choose the option that best suits your family’s needs. If your schedule changes, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in adjusting to a different plan. Some exclusions may apply. Please ask for further details

Yes, we offer flexibility in choosing lesson days. If you’d like to change your child’s lesson day, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule based on availability.

Your monthly fee includes weekly lessons, unlimited makeup lessons, books, 24/7 access to the practice app, and participation in termly concerts, plus various other resources to enrich your child’s learning experience

Yes! We have the most flexible makeup policy around. If you need to cancel within 2 hours of the lesson, you’ll receive a makeup credit that can be used anytime in 2025.
